The most romantic era of the Pan-American highway was around the end of the fifties when the toughest road race was organized. It is this period in time that is reflected in our concept. The restaurant-bar replicates the various stops along the highway from the mechanic’s garage to the meeting places for onlookers.

The Pan-American highway, is a system of routes built in 1923, starting in Monterrey, Mexico and exteding 16,000 miles down to Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Pan-Am hwy is mostly a system of existing routes, traversing many diverse climates and ecological environments from dense jungles, to arid deserts and cold mountains.
